The St. Charles Parish Sheriff's Office Juvenile Programs Division has initiated a promising new program called Catch My B.A.G. (Behavior, Attitude, and Grades). This initiative is designed to recognize and celebrate students who have made noticeable improvements in their behavior, attitude, and academic performance.
The program is currently being piloted at R.K. Smith and St. Rose Elementary Schools, where it aims to make a meaningful impact on student motivation and development. This year, participating students were invited to a special brunch to honor these achievements, creating a positive and supportive environment for them to enjoy their success. Each student received a bag filled with various incentives. The CARE Center generously provided these incentives.
