File a Complaint about the Sheriff's Office

 Complete the following form and submit to Office of Internal Affairs using the links at the bottom of this page. Please read the instructions.

Instructions:

Using the links below, take the following steps:

• Download the complaint form and save it to your computer. 
•  If your computer cannot read PDF documents, use the link below to download the free Adobe PDF Reader. Install the Reader software on your computer.
• Open the downloaded complaint form and answer the questions on your computer.  IMPORTANT: Save the file to your computer or another device.
• Click on the "Attach and submit completed form via e-mail" 

Your e-mail client will open.

• Attach the completed complaint form to your e-mail.
• Send the e-mail to the address opened by the link (abuchanan@stcharlessheriff.org)
