Juvenile Programs division

The St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office Juvenile Programs Division is a unique and specialized division created to build positive relationships between law enforcement and St. Charles Parish youth within the community, reduce juvenile crime, and provide leadership and life skills to children, preteens and teens. The Juvenile Programs division is staffed by the Commander, Lieutenant Roanne Sampson, and Assistant Commander, Keysla Perrilloux.  These officers work diligently to bring innovative, engaging and relatable programs to the youth in St. Charles Parish.  The officers utilize group sessions, youth engagement and evidence based programs to accomplish this goal.   They also collaborate with a multitude of community partners who share the same interests and vision and educates our youth in making positive changes in their lives.  The Juvenile Programs Division offers a variety of programs and services:
